Defaulter Tracing
Proceed to TB-DOTS center and bear laboratory requirements

Look and get “defaulter” patient’s name and notify midwives/bhw/ treatment partner

Submit sputum base on instruction of nurse or medical technologist

Check the results whether positive or negative and instruct patients for the next procedure

Present the results to nurse or midwife in the Health Center and wait for the next instruction
